Your business has evolved—you’re landing bigger clients, charging more, offering new services—but your website still reflects who you were 2-3 years ago. The misalignment is costing you opportunities because potential clients can’t see the full picture of what you offer now.
Every designer makes it look easy on Instagram, but turns out there are like 40 technical things you didn’t know you didn’t know.
And the “website in a week” or “design in a day” offers? They’re either using templates (not custom), skipping strategy entirely, or leaving you with a beautiful site that doesn’t actually convert because nobody mapped out the user journey or optimized for SEO.
You need someone to take this entire project off your hands—strategy through launch—so you can focus on your zone of genius instead of becoming an accidental web developer.
Here’s what makes my approach different: I start with your copy and content, then build the design around your actual words. Most designers work backwards, forcing your message into their predetermined layouts. I also include a brand identity refresh as standard—because if your website needs updating, your visual identity probably does too. And I project-manage the entire thing so you’re not coordinating between a strategist, copywriter, designer, and developer. Just you and me, start to finish.
My clients who are actively marketing their brand see event inquiries within the first week, thousands in organic sales the first month, and 100k+ book sales from launches. But more importantly, they finally feel confident sharing their URL—and that’s honestly the best metric of all.
Six event inquiries in the first week. $3,000 in organic sales the first month. A book launch that hits Reese’s Book Club supported by a website that works.
These aren’t hypothetical—these are real results from real clients who stopped putting off their website overhaul.
It's 9am. You're checking emails at your desk. New Contact Form Submission. Instead of yet another misaligned price shopper, it's three paragraphs about why they need to work with you specifically. They quoted something from your About page. They mentioned a case study. They already checked your availability. They're pre-sold. Your website did the selling while you were asleep.
Someone at a conference asks for your website. You don’t hesitate. You don’t add disclaimers. You just send the link and actually feel excited for them to click through. Because for once, your online presence matches the caliber of work you do in real life.
Before we touch A web design platform or pick a single font, we’re getting clear on what makes your approach different. Not the polished LinkedIn version—the real stuff.
What do you actually believe about your work? What makes someone a hell yes client versus a “thanks but no thanks”? What have you learned that you can’t not talk about?
This becomes the foundation for everything else. Without it, we’re just making your website pretty—and you didn’t hire me for that.
Which pages do you actually need? Not which pages every website has—which ones serve *your* business and guide people from "who is this person?" to "I need to work with them."
This is where we figure out your site architecture, what actions you want people to take, and how we're removing friction at every step.
Your navigation shouldn't make people guess. If someone lands on your homepage, they should know exactly where to go next based on what they need.
Forget Pinterest trends and "what's popular right now."
I'm digging into your journey—your values, your experiences, the thread that connects all your expertise. Your personal narrative becomes the foundation for visuals that couldn't exist for anyone else.
This is why my sites don't look like templates. Because they're not built from "modern minimalist website inspiration"—they're built from *you*.
Your message drives every visual decision.
This isn't about forcing your story into pretty layouts—it's building layouts around your actual words so design amplifies what you're saying, not dictates it.
Instead of working backwards (design first, then ask you to fill in the boxes), when we lead with your words, the site sounds like you and the design just makes it better.
Every button gets linked. Your email platform gets integrated. Third-party tools get connected. SEO gets optimized. Mobile gets tested on actual devices—not just the preview mode that lies to you.
You get a fully functional website, not just a pretty design file you have to figure out how to build yourself.
We don't just flip a switch and hope for the best.
You get a recorded training session showing you how to update everything behind the scenes of your site —so you can confidently make updates on your own - and have something to train your team with.
Plus 30 days of post-launch support for the inevitable "wait, how do I..." questions that come up when you're actually using the site in real life.
Just like your handwritten signature is unmistakably yours, your website should bear the distinctive marks of your personal brand. Unlike traditional template & web designers who start with aesthetics and fit your content and copy in after the fact, I've developed a strategic, story-driven approach that puts your message first and designs to tell that story—creating a digital home that truly bears your signature and connects with your audience.
Timeline: 5-6 weeks from kickoff to launch
Starting at $5,200 (Payment plans available)
Don't have copy yet? I provide copy frameworks and consulting as part of the process, plus I can connect you with trusted website copywriters who know my process. Budget an additional $2,000-4,000 for professional copywriting if you're starting from scratch.
Not sure if you need a single page or the full Signature Site?
Here's the honest answer: if your whole website feels outdated or misaligned, one great sales page won't fix that. It'll just be one great page surrounded by pages that don't match. But if your site is mostly working and you just need *this one thing* done right? That's exactly what this is for.
Still not sure? **[Send me an email]** or **[DM me]** and I'll tell you straight which one actually makes sense for where you are right now.
“When I hired Catie, it was because our website was not user friendly and I wanted someone who could make it have a better customer experience. I didn’t realize how much else needed to be fixed! She improved everything from the overall look, to the customer experience, to the amount of information added, to the ability to purchase online tickets! It was an amazing overall transformation that has visibly increased our revenue!
When we launched the website, everything changed! Prior to the website launch, she started putting out teasers in the newsletters about the coming release of the website. She then offered a giveaway to whomever counted the most Fraunky Donkeys (our beloved donkey) on the site. That was a huge success and it got people to click through every page!”

*”Before working with Catie, I felt overwhelmed. I knew I needed a website before my book launched—while social media is important, an author owns their website, and that’s essential when establishing a brand.*
*Catie’s process was organic, not cookie cutter. She’s incredibly creative, which aligns well with my fiction writing. I didn’t have to ‘know’ a lot about websites—she filled the gaps in my knowledge and led me in the right direction at every step.*
*Having my website ready during launch gave me a true marketing platform for my book and brand, especially when opportunities like Reese’s Book Club and Book of the Month came through. It’s a place to express myself and market my writing in a way I’m only able to in person. Now I feel wonderful sharing my URL with media, readers, and industry contacts—it’s beautiful and really represents me.*
*Going custom was invaluable because it can grow with my career. I’m already using it to launch my Substack, sell merch, and market future books. My advice to other authors: invest in a professional website unless you yourself are an extraordinaire. As an author, your focus should be on writing.”*

Let's build something that feels like home for both you and your ideal clients—a custom website that finally matches the caliber of work you provide.
Multi-passionate entrepreneurs and service providers who've been in business 1-3+ years and have outgrown their current website (or never built one that actually works). You're landing bigger clients, charging more, or pivoting your offers—but your online presence doesn't reflect where you are now.
A completely custom 6-page website (home, about, contact/get started, two service/sales pages, blog setup, plus custom 404 & subscribe pages) built on strategic foundation with brand identity refresh included. Plus all the technical stuff: email integrations, third-party tool connections, SEO optimization, mobile-responsive everything, 1:1 training, and 30 days post-launch support.
I specialize in Squarespace and Showit. We'll figure out which platform works best for your specific business needs during our strategy phase—I'm not married to one over the other, just whatever serves your goals.
Because proper strategy, thoughtful design, and thorough testing can't be rushed. Those "website in a week" offers either use templates (not custom), skip strategy entirely, or don't include the technical setup and training you actually need. I'd rather do it right than do it fast.
We kick off with strategy (your brand, goals, user journey), then I source creative direction from your actual story, design around your copy (words lead, design follows), handle all technical implementation, and launch strategically with full training. Timeline is 5-6 weeks from kickoff to launch.
You're active during strategy phases and provide feedback on design concepts, but I handle all the technical heavy lifting. Think of it as collaborative where it matters (your story, your vision) and hands-off where it doesn't (the 40+ technical tasks you don't want to learn).
Brand messaging figured out, professional photos (or willingness to get them), clear offers, and either a copywriter or your own copy drafts with my feedback. I provide copy consulting and frameworks, but I'm not writing 10 pages of web copy from scratch—that's a different service. (I can recommend trusted copywriters if needed.)
You can—and honestly, if you're early in business or bootstrapping hard, templates might be the right move for now. But if you're considering investing $5K+, you've probably already tried templates and realized they force your story into predetermined boxes. They also don't come with strategy, can't be truly customized without code knowledge, and don't provide the training and support to maintain them long-term. Templates are fine; they're just not custom, and there's a reason you're here looking at this instead.
Unlike many designers who start with visual elements and fit your content in afterward, I begin with strategy and content before creating designs. I believe your words should lead your visuals—not the other way around. Additionally, I source creative inspiration directly from your brand's story, creating a visual identity that authentically represents who you are rather than following generic trends.
Maybe you're not at the "rebuild everything" stage yet. Maybe you DIY'd something that's 70% there and you just need someone to tell you what's actually broken versus what you're overthinking.
Book a Studio Session—we'll spend 60 minutes tearing apart your current site (in the most helpful way possible) and you'll walk away with a prioritized action plan you can tackle yourself.
"Having a non-biased set of eyes on my DIY'd website. Better yet, a knowledgeable set of eyes. As most business owners DIY'ing things the only people to have looked at my website before our session was my partner and #1 client, they're amazing, but they don't have a non-biased point of view when looking at things for my business.*
Catie picked apart my website from the navigation bar to each page. Gave constructive and kind feedback. She was able to point out things that I wouldn't have noticed for at least a year. I really thought we'd work on just how the branding was applied, but we worked on the entire flow of the website. It was truly a whole website audit experience in 60min.*
I walked away feeling extremely clear on my next steps. How to make everything better and more aligned. How to incorporate my new branding as well as where to re-word / re-work the website. After the session she delivers the recording, AI notes and an even simpler breakdown of what we talked about with priorities and compliments on what was working well. These notes have been easy to revisit after some time away from the website.*
But the most important thing that working with Catie (now in multiple ways) has done for me, is given me a better understanding of branding, marketing, website. She didn't just give me the tools or the notes, she gave me the reasoning that I can build upon forever.*
*THANK YOU!! I hope to sign up for another session sometime this fall when I have finally made it through that list. :)"*
